SHIPPING & SALE POLICY

• FREE SHIPPING: Our FREE SHIPPING promotion currently only applies for orders to addresses in the U.S. CONTINENTAL, ALASKA & HAWAII. 

• SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD: Shipment for orders to addresses to the rest of the world are by quote only. Please contact us by email to sales@hibiscusfarm.com or by Contacting Us.

• HANDLING TIME: All orders are fulfilled & shipped the next business day once the order is received.  

• LEAD TIME FOR SHIPPING: All our shipments are UPS® EXPEDITED SERVICE and can take from 3 to 5 business days (based on location, subject to change). 

Please note all orders will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has been fulfilled and processed by the courier.   

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to Food Safety reasons, all purchases made on our Shop (Beta) are final. No cancellations nor refunds allowed. If the product arrives damaged, you may request a replacement.
